EUROJOBS and KADRY POLSKIE – a successful combination
On March 22, 2007, the Vienna-based EUROJOBS AG purchased two-thirds of the stock of KADRY POLSKIE, a Polish company specialising in personnel services, which is located in Opole. KADRY POLSKIE was founded in December 2001 and currently employs a workforce of over 400 at nine branches. The previous part owner, Andreas Grudniok, has remained at the company as the operative CEO.
The aim of this transaction was to enlarge EUROJOBS’ portfolio in Poland and to considerably enhance the possibilities for placing KADRY POLSKIE and EUROJOBS Poland personnel at both national and international level. Highly qualified, skilled workers from the Silesia region of Poland, which in national terms has the highest share of inhabitants speaking both Polish and German, will now have greater opportunities to find interesting work in those markets where EUROJOBS is already internationally represented (Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Romania, Liechtenstein, the UK, the UAR and Cyprus).
In the medium-term, EUROJOBS also intends to place specialist EUROJOBS Group brands in Poland. These offer services of the very highest quality, which are needed by the Polish market. In addition to such local assignments, KADRY POSLKIE will continue to be primarily active in connection with special EU projects.
It is expected that in the coming years KADRY POLSKIE sales will quadruple, as in 2006 the company was already able to attain sales of around EUR 3.0 million. The Polish personnel services market is set to become of special importance in the future, which is another reason for current investment in its enlargement. According to Andreas Schlägel, the EUROJOBS Area Manager in the CEE states, an increase in sales to EUR 7.5 million is planned for 2007.
